About Me
I am a mom of two divine souls and a passionate advocate for conscious and holistic motherhood. As a village tender, space holder, holistic doula, I believe in the transformative power of nurturing connections and supporting women on their unique journeys through motherhood.
My own experiences as a mother have shaped my path and fueled my dedication to creating a compassionate and empowering space for mothers and families. I believe in the power of embracing our creativity as mothers, recognizing it as an essential aspect of our self-expression and personal growth.
As a village tender, I understand the importance of community and the invaluable support it provides. I am committed to fostering a sense of belonging and creating spaces where mothers can gather, share their stories, and find solace in knowing they are not alone on this beautiful yet challenging journey.
As a holistic doula, I draw upon a range of tools and practices to support women during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am passionate about honoring the mind-body connection, embracing natural approaches, and empowering women to make informed choices that align with their values and desires.
My mission is to empower mothers to embrace their unique stories and find beauty in their everyday moments. Through my creative endeavors, I seek to capture the raw authenticity of motherhood, documenting the love, joy, and resilience that shines through even in the midst of challenges. I hope to inspire and uplift other mothers by sharing these visual narratives and reminding them of the incredible strength they possess.
Above all, I am dedicated to the holistic well-being of mothers and families. I understand that motherhood encompasses not only the physical aspects but also the emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. I am committed to supporting mothers in nurturing their whole selves and embracing the transformative journey of motherhood with grace, love, and authenticity.

Kate was the most amazing blessing in our lives. I had no idea how rough post partum was going to be on me, both mentally and physically. And Kate was there for the whole thing. She came to the hospital hours after our son was born with the most amazing food, then a few days later once we came home, and multiple times a week after that. Each time with food, nutrition information, and tips on how to improve some things I was struggling with. I honestly cannot even imagine what my post partum experience would have been like had she not been there. I cannot recommend her enough. She was always on time, had amazing food, was incredible courteous and cleanly when she cooked in our home, and always offered support in everything I needed (and things I wouldn't have even thought of). If you're at all considering a post partum doula, do it! And hire her.
